A summary of your account information is available on the landing page after you log in. This will include contact information for your sales rep (if applicable) as well as contact information for PRH Customer Service.
Additionally, along the top right menu and in the footer, there are links to information about Billing and Details, and Account Reps. You can also manage other users on your account, change your password, and view available promotions here.

You can view your saved credit cards from the Account page by selecting Saved Credit Cards.
From this page you can also delete any saved credit card listed. To do this, click on the “Remove” button next to the card you would like to delete.
Note: Any open orders placed using this card will not be updated. If you would like to update orders placed with this card you will need to contact
Customer Service.
Note for the Direct Market: Cards currently used as payment methods for unprocessed FOC carts cannot be removed.
A window will appear asking you to confirm that you would like to remove this card. Click on “Yes, Remove Card” to delete the card from your account.
